What You Can Expect

Service Time and Schedule Changes

✅We give you a fixed time for the service, with a 1 to 2-hour margin to account for traffic and road conditions.
✅We keep you updated on our cleaning techs vacation dates and any schedule changes as we value communication with our clients.

Security and Privacy

✅We don't allow anyone else into your home, such as contractors, plumbers, and so on.
✅We don't share keys or codes with anyone other than you as our contracted client.
✅We don't sell or disclose your residential address, email address, name, or phone number to any other company/organization.

Health and Safety Standards

✅We don't use any chemical cleaning products not specified.
✅We don't perform cleaning without shoes on.
✅We don't climb over 3 feet tall ladders.
✅We use high-quality vacuum cleaners that have HEPA filters and seals to prevent any contamination.

Duties and Other Tasks

✅We complete all services described in the home plan.
✅We don't provide service to households during the times when the house is occupied by unsupervised children or teenagers.
✅We don't operate washing machines, dryers, stoves, trash compactors, or other electric, gas, or kerosene appliances.
✅We don't move heavy objects, such as beds, sofas, or wood shelves, to clean.

Cleaning Products

✅To get a high-quality cleaning, cleaning supplies are required. JK Cleaning Services will recommend the ideal cleaning product based on your needs during the in-home estimate, or we'll include our premium non-toxic, odorless, and PH-neutral product in the cost.

Cancellations and Vacations

Because of our exceptional reputation and distinctive services, we operate on a rotational and route basis because our schedules get booked very quickly. In order to give our clients better service, we assign a cleaning date and time. But occasionally, you might need to seek a change in your service or cancel. There may be an extra charge for adjustments that are requested after more than 30 days. This is a result of the additional time needed to restore the residence to a clean condition.

It is recommended to give at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations.
